Ephrata National Bank Announces the Addition of New Hires
Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of six new hires— Pamela Adam, Julia Cristino, Don Doolittle, Kelley Karp, Zach Love, and Sommer VanBrunt.
Adam takes on the role of ENB’s Learning and Organizational Development Program Manager. In this role, she drives the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of ENB’s programs and partners with ENB’s departments to support the bank’s growing culture. Adam has served in various learning and development roles for local financial institutions over the past 12 years where she gained skills in designing learning content, collaborating cross-functionally, facilitating content developed by others, and more. Her combined experience in finance and learning and development makes her a valuable asset to the ENB team. Adam currently resides in Denver, PA.
Cristino joins ENB’s team of Community Banking Managers, overseeing ENB’s Lititz Office. In this role, she is responsible for managing the office, overseeing business development within the community, executing the customer experience strategy, and leading a team of banking professionals. Cristino has 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as AVP, Branch Leader II of Truist Bank in Lititz, PA. She has also served in a variety of other roles including, but not limited to, Fulfillment Team Leader, Financial Center Manager, and Premier Relationship manager. With her wide span of experiences, she is well-prepared to lead, coach, and manage branch teams, build partnerships across business lines, provide customer service, and more. Cristino currently resides in Lancaster, PA.
Doolittle serves as ENB’s Vice President, Fiduciary Business Development Manager. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and developing leads, delivering ideas, advice, and solutions to potential customers, and maintaining relationships with existing customers of ENB Wealth Solutions. Doolittle has over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as Vice President, Wealth Advisor for Truist Bank in Lancaster, PA. He has ample experience advising high net worth clients, developing customer relationships, overseeing Wealth Management professionals, driving new revenue, and more, making him a strong fit for the role. Doolittle is a graduate of West Virginia University and the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association School for Commercial Lending. He currently resides in Lancaster, PA.
Karp joins the team at ENB’s Main Office, serving as Assistant Community Banking Manager. In this role, she is responsible for security and auditing, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and optimizing sales, service, and operational facets of the branch. She will assist in onboarding, coaching, and development of team members to ensure an efficient customer experience. Karp has worked in a variety of supervisory roles where she gained skills recruiting and onboarding, maintaining customer accounts, managing projects, performing audits, and more. Karp currently resides in Reinholds, PA.
Love serves as Senior Consumer and Small Business Relationship Manager. In this role, he is responsible for the sales, service and retention of consumer and small business relationships. He will oversee new business development, portfolio management, credit quality and overall relationship management of a portfolio of consumer and small business customers. Love has nine years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as VP, Business Banker II with PNC Bank in Lancaster, PA. He is well-versed in driving revenue, developing highly profitable relationships, and coaching and developing successful teams and was even named a Market All-Stars Recipient in 2022. Love is also highly involved in the local community, working with various organizations like the Lancaster City Alliance, Leadership Lancaster, and The Common Wheel. He is a graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and currently resides in Lancaster, PA.
VanBrunt also joins ENB’s team of Community Banking Managers, overseeing ENB’s Myerstown Office. In this role, she is responsible for managing the office, overseeing business development within the community, executing the customer experience strategy, and leading a team of banking professionals. VanBrunt has eight years of progressive experience in management and the financial industry, most recently as Branch Manager II at Jonestown Bank & Trust Co in Cleona, PA. She is well-versed in various bank functions as well as in collaborating with business partners and clients and leading branch teams. Beyond her professional experience, VanBrunt is also highly involved in her community. She is Vice President of Making a Difference of Lebanon, PA and Chair of Leadership Lebanon Valley. She also participates in local awareness events with Lebanon Family Health Services as a member of its Outreach Committee. VanBrunt currently resides in Lebanon, PA.
