Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of SVP, Compliance Officer

Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of Nancy Dove as Senior Vice President, Compliance Officer reporting to ENB’s Main Office location.

In this role, Dove will work with leaders at all levels of the organization to ensure that new and existing products and services are fully aligned with both federal and state laws and ENB’s strategic plan. Further, she will communicate compliance principles throughout the organization to ensure an ongoing culture of compliance. Dove joins ENB with 26 years of banking and compliance experience, most recently serving as Vice President & Head of Compliance with Orrstown Bank in Harrisburg, PA. Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive knowledge of banking regulations and compliance practices, including competency with Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Lending, UDAAP and more. She also holds her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists (CAMS) certifications, making her an effective addition to the ENB team.
