Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of two Community Banking Managers— Jason Groff and Rossana Pecoraro.

Groff joins the team as the Community Banking Manager overseeing ENB’s new Lititz Office, coming in 2025 to 1 East Main Street in Lititz, PA. In this role, he will be responsible for managing the office, overseeing business development within the community, executing the customer experience strategy, and leading a team of banking professionals. Groff has over 10 years of banking experience, most recently as the Branch Manager of Orrstown Bank in Lititz, PA. His experience in leadership and the financial industry makes him well-equipped to lead our newest branch office team as well as develop ENB’s involvement within the Lititz community. Groff currently resides in Lancaster, PA.

Pecoraro is the second addition to ENB’s Community Banking Managers, overseeing ENB’s Main and Cloister Offices. She is also responsible for the management of both branches, focusing on business development within the community, executing our customer experience strategy and leading the teams of banking professionals. She will oversee financial reporting, talent management, and grow branch revenue, as well as be responsible for overseeing branch key performance indicators and advancing our customer relationships. Pecoraro has 14 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently as a Branch Manager and Business Banker at PNC Bank in Mount Joy, PA. Her experience in the financial industry has given her valuable leadership and communication skills as well as a breadth of knowledge on bank policies and procedures, strategic development, and community engagement. Together, her skill base makes her a prepared candidate to lead our Ephrata Offices. Pecoraro currently resides in Manheim, PA.
