Ephrata National Bank Announces the Addition of Two New Hires

Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of two new hires—Derek Marion and Melissa Kushner.

Marion joins the team as a Community Banking Manager, overseeing ENB’s Akron Office. In this role, he will be responsible for managing the office, overseeing business development within the community, executing the customer experience strategy, and leading a team of banking professionals. Marion has 14 years of management and leadership experience, supervising teams through coaching and training, providing sales support, and managing customer relations. He currently resides in Lancaster, PA.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kushner takes on the role of VP, Communication and Brand Officer with ENB’s Marketing Team. She will be responsible for creating and maintaining ENB’s reputation through overseeing a communication strategy that engages current and potential customers, potential investors, shareholders and employees. Kushner has 22 years of experience in public relations and communication, most recently as the Vice President of Marketing at R3 Education Inc. She is well-versed in communication strategies and trends as well as in creating appealing multimedia content, expanding brand personas, fostering community engagement, and more. Kushner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Penn State University. She currently resides in Birdsboro, PA.
