Ephrata National Bank Announces the Promotion of Assistant Community Banking Manager
Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of Jacquelyn Mathiot as Assistant Community Banking Manager, overseeing ENB’s Leola Office.
In this role, Mathiot is responsible for security and auditing, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and optimizing sales, service, and operational facets of the branch. She will assist in onboarding, coaching, and development of team members to ensure an efficient customer experience. Mathiot has 12 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently as Trust Operations Specialist with ENB Wealth Solutions.
Throughout her career, Mathiot has moved through several industries, beginning in banking as a teller and later progressing through various supervisory and management roles. Within these roles, Mathiot gained experience coordinating staff schedules and assignments, strengthening hiring initiatives, supervising projects, supporting leadership, and communicating with clients. With her combined financial and leadership expertise, Mathiot is well-suited to step into the role of Assistant Community Banking Manager.
In her free time, Mathiot engages in many hobbies and volunteering opportunities. She is frequently involved in activities at her church, Refuge Calvary Chapel, where she teaches preschool and elementary-age children with her husband. She enjoys walking local rail trails and learning their history, going out for local ice cream, listening to a good podcast, and spending time with her family.
Mathiot currently resides in Leola, PA with her husband Jim and son Josh.
