Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of Kelley Karp to Community Banking Manager, overseeing ENB’s Leola Office.
In her role as Community Banking Manager, Karp will be responsible for managing the office, overseeing business development within the community, executing the customer experience strategy, and leading a team of banking professionals. Karp has worked in a variety of supervisory and financial roles, most recently as Assistant Community Banking Manager for ENB’s Main Office. She has experience overseeing the day-to-day operations of a branch, optimizing service, and providing effective coaching and development to her teams which she will carry into the role of Community Banking Manager. In addition, Karp is dedicated to community involvement, participating in a variety of local events and sitting on the board of the Diamond Street Early Childhood Center. She currently resides in Reinholds, PA.
