Ephrata National Bank Announces the Promotion of Senior Facilities Manager

Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of Bryan Glatfelter as Senior Facilities Manager.

In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all ENB buildings, grounds, equipment, and machinery as well as vendor relationships, improvement projects, distribution of supplies, and more. Glatfelter has 25 years of facilities experience, most recently as ENB’s Facilities Manager. He has extensive knowledge of facilities processes including program development, project planning, process design and improvement, mechanical systems maintenance, and more. Glatfelter holds a degree in HVACR from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology as well as certifications from OSHA and the International Facility Management Association. He currently resides in Lancaster, PA.
