Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of three employees— Jade Biempica, Garth Brown, and Melissa Sarnocinski.

Biempica will serve as ENB’s Senior Cash Management Relationship Manager. In this role, she will oversee the development and sales of cash management solutions while analyzing customer needs, supporting implementation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. She will collaborate closely with other teams to enhance existing services and develop new solutions. Biempica has 15 years of experience in the financial industry and has served on ENB’s Cash Management team since 2021. She is a graduate of Penn State University and currently resides in Myerstown with her husband and two children.

Brown continues his work on ENB’s Credit team as Assistant Vice President, Credit Services Underwriting Manager. In this role, he will oversee the credit underwriting process including distributing credit underwriting requests, monitoring for quality, developing and implementing procedures for analyzing credit worthiness, and more. Brown has worked in the financial industry for nine years, serving on ENB’s Credit team for the last four. He is a graduate of Liberty University, where he earned a Master of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Brown resides in Akron, PA.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Melissa Sarnocinski, VP, Commercial Relationship Manager

Sarnocinski will serve on ENB’s Commercial Lending team as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. In this role, she will be responsible for sales, service and retention of commercial relationships, including new business development, portfolio management, and credit quality. Sarnocinski has worked in the financial industry for 24 years, most recently serving as AVP, Commercial Relationship Manager on ENB’s Commercial Lending team. She is a board member for a variety of local organizations, including Garden Spot Fire Rescue, Landis Quality Living, Landis Homes, and Welsh Mountain Home. Sarnocinski is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and has also graduated from Leadership Berks. She resides in Birdsboro, PA.
