Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of two AVP, Agricultural Relationship Managers

Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of two AVP, Agricultural Relationship Managers—Kelsey Staab and Ethan Crane. In their roles, both Staab and Crane will be responsible for the sales, service and retention of the agricultural relationships. They will act as advisors to their clients, providing customized solutions to achieve goals.

Staab joined ENB’s Agricultural Lending Team in 2016, holding roles including Administrative Assistant, Portfolio Manager and most recently, Relationship Manager. Staab oversees the entire transactional process, from initial engagement to closing, while collaborating with colleagues and third parties on credit decisions and customer profiles. Additionally, she actively participates in agricultural events, trains new team members and leverages her industry expertise to optimize revenue opportunities for the bank. Staab is a graduate of Delaware Valley University with a degree in Science for Agribusiness. She has also completed the Commercial Lender Training Program with Farm Credit University.

Crane became a member of ENB’s Agricultural Lending Team in 2021. In his four years, he has managed a portfolio within a wide range of commercial and family farms. He is well-versed in agricultural finances, including analyzing farm cash flow, structuring complex loan packages and offering tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of the agricultural sector. Crane is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds a degree in Agribusiness Management from their College of Agricultural Sciences.
